My fist dealing with SIXT for that matter. I am very frustrated and it was a very bad experience for me. Have made several calls in the last 48hours for an urgent redress but got tossed around by your representatives that attended to the calls. ![]() This is very frustrating, unprofessional and should be corrected IMMEDIATELY!!! It is very unbecoming of an organization like SIXT. I complained in writing and visited your Boston office 3times to rectify it but met with frustration!!!!! The second charge to my account for the period May 3rd to Jwas $2,122.86 posted to my account on J( transaction date, June 10,2023). The first rental charge to my account on was $1,527.84 for the period April 29 - May 3rd, 2023. If I don’t get a quick and positive response for the correction, I may see legal redress in the nearest future. As I write, I have been over charged twice for tge rental and efforts to get the attention of your company to rectify the OBVIOUS anomalies have been frustrated. Jun 2023 Though car allocated was good and served its purpose, the whole relationship and experience was very frustrating even up till now.
